At Northwest Contracting, we're proud to work with NDSC (the North Dakota Safety Council). For over 30 years, we've worked together to complete ongoing safety trainings and certifications. Additionally, we:
- Make safety an agenda item, not an afterthought
- Require employee supervisors to be OSHA 10 trained
- Have an in-house safety manager who directs mandatory safety meetings, job site audits and our improvement process
- Require each new employee to pass drug screening tests, ensure adequate physical ability and go through our comprehensive safety orientation
